Mr. Gingerich has more than 23 years of civil engineering design and management experience on variety of commercial, solid waste, institutional, industrial and residential projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

This experience includes project management and coordination; preliminary analysis and cost estimating; site and master planning; coordination and permitting with federal, state and local municipalities; utility, stormwater management and drainage, and paving design; stormwater pollution prevention plans; spill prevention control and countermeasure plans; solid waste permitting and design; hydrologic and hydraulic analysis; sustainable design; contract and specification coordination; contract implementation; coordination with project officials; public utility coordination; and construction management/inspection.
