Mr. Lippman is a Professional Geologist with extensive experience in the performance and management of Site Assessments and Remedial Actions at various private, public, and governmental facilities across the United States; specifically with projects associated with remedial actions, environmental site assessments, permitting, wetland surveys, industrial hygiene surveys, voluntary cleanups, pre-demolition and site demolitions, emergency responses, and other environmental/engineering scopes of work.
Mr. Lippman has performed projects at air separation plants, acetylene plants, active and former steel/iron works, active and inactive power generating stations, natural gas industry assets, cement and aggregate facilities, surface coal mines, coal processing facilities, solid waste landfills, military installations, and at various retail, residential, & commercial properties.
Mr. Lippman’s responsibilities have included program and project management, operational efficiency, program financial performance tracking, due diligence business line management, employee management, bid/no bid assessments, client interaction, proposal/work plan development, field task coordination, report writing/preparation, field staff oversight, data analysis/review, technical quality control, client invoicing, as well as business development.
