Mr. Whittle has more than 30 years of experience in solid waste industry.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Whittle has various leadership positions with solid waste hauling and disposal companies.  Mr. Whittle managed personnel and provided direction for siting, zoning, permitting, construction, operation and environmental compliance of solid waste management facilities, including solid waste landfills, hauling companies, transfer stations and material recovery facilities.  Project types included but were not limited to landfill expansions, earthwork and infrastructure development, leachate management including treatment, landfill gas extraction systems, gas-to-energy permitting and construction, final closure construction, post-closure maintenance and environmental remediation.
