Ms. Pippin has experience in environmental consulting for projects at commercial, retail and industrial facilities across Indiana and portions of Kentucky and Ohio. Her expertise lies in environmental investigation and remediation of various contaminants including chlorinated solvents, petroleum, metals and PFAS; Brownfields and contaminated property redevelopment; Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs); and Phase II ESAs. She has successfully managed projects of varying land use, including dry cleaners, auto repair shops, industrial manufacturers, plating facilities, underground and aboveground storage tank (UST/AST) facilities, and various other types of commercial and industrial facilities. She has regulatory experience with all programs within the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM), including State Cleanup, RCRA, LUST, VRP and Brownfields. Ms. Pippin has also conducted cost-to-closure evaluations and 3rd party oversight for insurers, attorneys and clients. Ms. Pippin’s focus is always on limiting her client’s environmental risk and liability and keeping them in regulatory compliance.
