Tony Elley, P.L.S., CFedS is a land surveying expert with more than 35 years of experience delivering high-quality boundary, geospatial, and data-driven solutions.
Tony brings robust land surveying experience across diverse project scopes, encompassing transportation, right-of-way mapping, utilities, federal land boundaries, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Tony forged his early land surveying career in the hard-rock mining industry throughout the southwestern United States. His work included both underground and surface mineral exploration projects, supporting future mining operations through economic ore modeling and environmental evaluations. His expertise spans boundary determination and resolution, field survey crew management, control networks, construction staking, and advanced technologies. He also specializes in projects involving complex boundary law and title considerations. Tony has led thousands of projects across the western United States, consistently providing accurate data for engineering and construction efforts.
Tony is a licensed professional land surveyor in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah and is a Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS). He is a member of the Arizona Professional Land Surveyors Association, National Society of Professional Surveyors, American Council of Engineering Companies of Arizona, American Public Works Association, and more.
