Mr. Conlow has 16 years of experience working as an ecological consultant and helping his clients successfully navigate the everchanging world of environmental regulation. Mr. Conlow has extensive experience working with the electric power, natural gas, real estate, and solid waste industries, including performing stream and wetland delineations and associated 404/401 permitting, and overall project management for complex projects. He also has experience in wetland mitigation design, invasive plant management, and watershed management planning.
Mr. Conlow’s experience working with regional electric utilities focuses on providing environmental permitting support, often times working to secure required federal, state, and local permits under expedited project schedules. Permitting services include erosion and sedimentation control plans, federal 404 Clean Water Act permitting (Nationwide Permit Program), PADEP Chapter 105 permitting (General Permits and Joint Permit Applications), WVDNR OLS Stream Right-of-Entry permitting, Endangered Species Act review and coordination, cultural resources reviews under Section 106 He has permitted over 100 miles of transmission line rebuilds, rehabilitations, and new rights-of-way, and many new and expanded substations.
