Community Housing Partnership is unveiling its newest affordable condominium partnership, where 237 units will go in east Franklin. This project is a joint effort by CHP, Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., Gamble Design Collaborative, Purser Architecture Design, the Walker Family, the City of Franklin, Williamson County government, Pinnacle Bank, Franklin Synergy Bank. the Housing Fund and Tennessee Housing Development Agency.
