CEC is the prime engineering consultant on behalf of PWSA for the project. This project has been highly integrative, involving a wide range CEC’s capabilities. CEC’s services included stormwater engineering design; forest and stream restoration design; landscape architecture; invasive species, threatened and endangered species, wetland and stream, and soil investigations; cultural resources; environmental permitting; and construction quality assurance.
