The Courier (Findlay, Ohio) reports Findlay Law Director Robert Feighner Jr. said an independent environmental review of the city’s riverfront property after the next portion of the benching project is complete is not necessary. 

The Hancock County Board of Commissioners is overseeing the benching project and has contracted with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., Toledo, to perform the necessary evaluation and mitigation work.
