The Times West Virginian (Fairmont, WV) reports the residents of Fairmont will get a chance to provide input in the proposed design for a project to extend the city’s rail trail. On Dec. 4 from 6-7:30 p.m., city officials and representatives from Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc. will host a public input session at Fairmont State University.
