The Panhandle News Network (West Virginia) reports the community gathered on the site of the future Inwood Park for a groundbreaking ceremony. The park, which will be located in what is now a wooded parcel of land across the road from Musselman High School and adjacent to the W Randy Smith Rec Center, will be developed in phases.
