The News-Herald (Willoughby, Ohio) reports an engineering firm has been chosen to monitor the progress of an infrastructure project that will take place in the northern part of Madison Township. Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc. will provide construction administration and inspection services for a new stormwater sewer to be installed in the 6700 block of Beach Drive.
