A partnership between Milhaus, Gershman Partners and Citimark has begun development of Versa, a $70 million apartment complex in the Broad Ripple Village neighborhood of Indianapolis, according to Rebusiness Online.  The project team includes Civil & Environmental Consultants for civil engineering.
