Pittsburgh-based Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc. has bought Austin firm KBGE Engineering. CEC will begin to integrate new services through the KBGE team to its regional and national clients immediately, and KBGE’s existing clients will gain new access to an array of services not previously offered.
