The Austin Business Journal reports Austin-based real estate development firm PlaceMKR is partnering with a Los Angeles-based architecture firm to build a $450 million mixed-use project in Southeast Austin (Texas).  Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is among the entities working to bring this project’s vision to form.
