As Massachusetts looks ahead towards a cleaner, more affordable energy future, Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) is taking steps to modernize and best serve the needs of the offshore wind industry at the New Bedford Marine Commerce Terminal (NBMCT), according to a recent blog post by MassCEC.

Since 2022, CEC has provided environmental, geotechnical, and civil engineering services for the terminal’s expansion including environmental investigations, LSP services, remediation, regulatory reporting, hazardous materials assessment, soil management, stormwater design, permitting, surveying, construction oversight, and geotechnical design and testing.
