The Valley News Dispatch (Tarentum, Pa.) reports Upper Burrell planners are recommending approval for a proposed building addition at the Alcoa Technical Center. According to the project narrative from engineers at Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc., it will include the addition as well as “underground electric service lines and surface equipment, and areas of pavement restoration.” Read more here.
