Mybuckhannon.com (Buckhannon, West Virginia) reports the Upshur County Commission unveiled a detailed concept rendering of the John C. Allen Regional Hub, a sprawling recreational complex the county hopes to build along Corridor H, west of Buckhannon. David Gilmore of CEC Charleston presented on the concept during the commission meeting.
