The “Dream Team” of Phoenix: Ryan Dunning and Jeff Erickson

Ryan Dunning and Jeff Erickson were part of a “Dream Team” for NAIOP Arizona’s recent barbecue event, “Networking with a Cause.” They fed approximately 500 homeless individuals at the Human Services Campus in downtown Phoenix. The afternoon consisted of a safety meeting, setup, grilling hamburgers and hot dogs, and serving prepared plates and water. The recipients were very grateful for the hot meal. Ryan and Jeff were partnered up with volunteers from Newmark Knight Frank, Whiting-Turner, Jokake Construction, and Pangolin Structural. NAIOP Arizona organizes the event several times each year.
