Ricky brings 38 years of experience to CEC Nashville, where he is a Senior Project Manager in our Water Resources practice. Throughout his career, Ricky has focused on service to the public water and wastewater community, with wide-ranging experience that includes: water and wastewater treatment; pumping and distribution engineering; and pumping and collection engineering. Ricky is well-versed in planning, design and permitting; bidding phase support; and construction administration responsibilities.
A registered Professional Engineer in Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky, Ricky has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from Belmont University.
