CEC Toledo is excited to welcome Scott Warnke, P.S., to the team as a senior project manager in our survey/geospatial practice. Scott brings more than 30 years of experience providing a variety of surveying services for public and private sector clients. With his addition, Scott becomes CEC Toledo’s first in-house survey/geospatial expert. He is a licensed professional surveyor in Michigan and Ohio.
Throughout his career, Scott has been responsible for overseeing crews measuring and collecting information for civil engineering design, as well as completing survey layout for the construction of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and roadway projects. Scott has also performed right-of-way, boundary, topographical and hydraulic surveys, roadway and subdivision layout, and the remonumentation of government section corners. Additionally, he has completed surveys for the Michigan Department of Transportation on numerous interstates and bridges. Scott assisted in the $12 million redevelopment of Sterling State Park in Monroe, Michigan, and currently serves as the County Surveyor for Monroe County, a position he was elected to in 2008.
Scott is a member of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio and the Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in surveying engineering from Ferris State University.
