CEC is pleased to announce some recent leadership changes. Effective February 1, 2022, Zach Coy became our Corporate Civil Engineering Practice Lead, John Imbus assumed the role of interim Corporate Real Estate Market Group Lead, and Dave Larson has become our Corporate Manufacturing Market Group Lead.
Zach has been with CEC for more than 16 years, with this being his first job out of college, and he currently serves as a Vice President in our Civil Engineering practice. His experience includes energy, industrial, institutional, commercial, residential, and retail projects throughout Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. He is actively involved in the Marcellus Shale Coalition, participating in regulatory subcommittees that identify and address the natural gas industry’s problems and concerns. Zach is taking over the role from Mike Sheleheda who became the Monroeville Office Lead also on February 1.
John has been with CEC for more than 25 years, is a Vice President in our Civil Engineering practice, and was the Cincinnati Office Lead from 2007 until 2021. John leads a wide variety of site development projects and is responsible for originating and managing two of CEC’s largest real estate clients. John is assuming the role on an interim basis until a new lead is identified. John took over the role from Adele Beaves, a Vice President in our Civil Engineering practice who began in the role in 2020.
Dave is a Principal in our Environmental Engineering and Sciences practice and has been with CEC for more than 15 years. He has an extensive background in metals, chemicals, and other manufacturing submarkets, as well as technical expertise and most importantly a client-first service attitude. Dave is assuming the role from Harry Dravecky who was recently promoted to Vice President, Operations.
We are truly grateful for Mike, Adele, and Harry’s efforts and contributions to CEC, and we are looking forward to the continued progress of CEC’s reputation, visibility, and growth under the leadership of Zach, John, and Dave.
