CEC is pleased to announce that Brian Souva, P.L.S., Vice President, has moved into the role of Office Lead for CEC Greenville, bringing in-house survey services to the Greenville area. Brian started in his new role on April 20, taking over for Charlie Isham.
Charlie had been in the role since the Greenville office opened in 2016. Charlie will retire on May 6 after a 41-year career and six years with CEC. In the meantime, he will work with Brian on a seamless transition into the office lead role. We thank Charlie for his many years of leadership and service to the office and CEC.
Brian has more than 36 years of experience in the land surveying field and is a licensed professional surveyor in nine states. Starting at CEC in 2011, his range of experience includes thousands of surveys including American Land Title Association, boundary, topographic, and all sizes of subdivision, as well as construction staking, LiDAR scanning, wetlands, Marcellus Shale pipelines, Department of Transportation projects, flood plain, GPS, and subsurface utility engineering. He also has participated in small residential and commercial and large commercial and agricultural tracts projects. He is a member of CEC’s Board of Directors, the Tennessee Association of Professional Surveyors, North Carolina Society of Surveyors, and National Society of Professional Surveyors.
