The CEC Charlotte team continues to grow and welcomes Mason Greeson, P.E., as a Principal and Mark Kime, P.L.A., as a Project Manager to the team in the Civil/Site practice.
Mason brings over 15 years of experience in the management of complex civil engineering projects including commercial, institutional, and residential developments for private and municipal clients. He is well versed in all aspects of civil engineering including the management of stormwater and design of utilities, grading, roads, and erosion control methods. In addition to his extensive design experience, he has developed strong relationships with clients and local regulatory officials and enjoys mentoring early career engineers.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has practiced civil engineering in the Charlotte Metro area since 2007. Mason is registered as a Professional Engineer in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Mark brings 22 years of professional experience leading teams on a wide array of land development projects from conceptual planning and entitlement processes through permitting and construction administration. Mark has a specialization in single-family and multi-family residential, mixed-use master plans, medical and healthcare facilities, large campus planning, and retail centers.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is registered in North Carolina.
