CEC is pleased to announce Patrick T. Bennett, P.E., has moved into our Corporate Real Estate Market Group Lead role, effective April 30.
He assumes the role from John Imbus, P.E., who has been leading the group on an interim basis. We thank John for his service and patience as we worked to identify the next lead of the largest market group in the firm.
A principal in the civil engineering practice in St. Louis, Patrick has 28 years of local and national land development experience for commercial, retail, educational, industrial, and municipal projects. He brings an extensive background in programmatic real estate projects, as well as technical expertise and most importantly a client-first service attitude to the role.
A CEC leader since 2019, Patrick has served a variety of clients, including casual, quick-serve, and fast-food restaurants; convenience and petroleum facilities; freestanding retail; and schools and vehicle centers. His expertise runs the full spectrum of single projects to multi-site/multi-state programs.
A licensed professional engineer in more than 35 states, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Council of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors.
