CEC Charlotte welcomes Patrick J. Corless, Jr., P.L.S., as a Principal in its Survey/Geospatial Practice.
Patrick has more than 36 years of professional experience in all phases of land surveying and mapping covering public and private sector, commercial and residential markets. He has expertise in the areas of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys for commercial interests and project management. Patrick is capable of overseeing boundary and topographic surveys, construction project stakeout, survey calculations, deed/title research, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, project management services and all related survey mapping.
He is a licensed land surveyor in Connecticut, Maryland, North Carolina, Florida, and New York. Patrick is a member of the Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors, North Carolina Society of Surveyors, Maryland Society of Surveyors, and New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors.
