Jeff Ruch, P.E., joins CEC Toledo as a Principal in our Civil Engineering practice. He has more than 40 years of experience in real estate development projects for industrial, manufacturing, automotive, commercial, institutional, and government clients. Jeff will be focused on continuing to serve his clients and growing our real estate development practice in Ohio and Michigan.

Jeff’s technical expertise is comprehensive and includes site layout/design, stormwater drainage and detention design, erosion and sedimentation control, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans along with engineering specifications. He has previously served as a project engineer/manager, department manager, and office manager.

Jeff has a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Toledo. He is a licensed professional engineer in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio and a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers.
