Sinyale Woods, P.E., joins CEC Austin as a Principal in our Civil Engineering practice. She has more than 24 years of experience in program development and project management. Before moving to Austin from Louisiana, she was a former city engineer and owner of a consulting engineering company.
Sinyale specializes in business development, public sector, and land development. She has technical expertise in residential and commercial site design, contract administration, open space planning, storm drainage design, engineering specifications, and more. In her previous role, she managed construction projects, supervised project teams, verified construction documentation, and collaborated with various clients and project teams to meet a project’s goals.
Sinyale has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from Louisiana Tech University. She is a licensed professional engineer in Louisiana, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia. Sinyale first enrolled in college at 16 and was a Top 20 Professionals Under 40 award winner in 2010.
