Mr. Beaudoin has more than 40 years of experience in the solid waste management and recycling field including: siting, planning, design, compliance management, construction inspection, construction management, closure, remediation, financial analysis, due-diligence, presentation at public hearings, and expert testimony. Mr. Beaudoin has performed technical consultation and investigation at hundreds of landfills, all over the world. While working as Director-Remedial Projects at Republic Services, Mr. Beaudoin leveraged his extensive expertise in landfill remediation to address complex challenges at landfill facilities across the country.  Mr. Beaudoin is recognized as a thought leader and functional expert in matters regarding: elevated temperatures, odor causes and control, wet waste and liquid management, special waste acceptance, leachate generation, and slope stability. He specializes in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, practical solutions for the Municipal Solid Waste community.
