Parker, along with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s Acting Secretary Jessica Shirley, were interviewed by host Bill Flanagan. The segment focused on Pennsylvania’s initiative to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and provisions to streamline the permitting process.
