The Land (Cleveland, Ohio) reports the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) will convene a board of 29 local development specialists to review proposals to use $500,000 in federal loans to begin developing pollution-tarnished sites. Matt Hammer, a Principal with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc.’s Cleveland office, has been consulting on the project.
