The Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch reports the city of Delaware has approved the first phases of two separate housing developments along Sawmill Parkway that will eventually include more than 200 single-family homes and 500 townhomes.

Civil and Environmental Consultants filed requests for final plat approvals for 53 single-family lots on 21.3 acres west of Sawmill Parkway and for 101 townhome lots east of Sawmill Parkway and directly across from the developer’s single-family subdivision.
