The Tribune-Democrat (Johnstown, PA) reports a Pittsburgh firm that helped create some of West Virginia’s most prominent ATV trails has been picked to advance a planned Somerset County trail network. Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc. was awarded the feasibility study for the countywide project, which envisions using a network of public roads to turn the county into a recreational vehicle tourism draw.
