The News-Herald (Willoughby, Ohio) reports Madison Township trustees have chosen a company to replace a failing culvert on Emerson Road. CEC, which conducts engineering services for the township on a contractual basis, evaluated all seven bids that were received for the project and recommended awarding a pact to DRS Enterprises, Inc.
