Seven impressive developments from around the world have been selected as winners of the 2024 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Global Awards for Excellence. The Bottleworks District in Indianapolis was one of seven international award winners of the ULI Award listed below. CEC provided civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, traffic, and surveying services on this project for Hendricks Commercial Properties.
