WFIN.com (Findlay, Ohio) reports the Hancock County Commissioners and City of Findlay announce the successful completion of the remediation portion of the Phase 2 Soil Benching Project, a precursor step supporting long-term flood mitigation within the project area.

The project was implemented by CEC and Buckeye Elm Contracting, with materials transported by local trucking firms and disposed at a licensed facility in Hancock County.
