Affordable Housing Finance reports officials have broken ground on a $17 million affordable housing community for seniors in Marion, Ohio.

The 50-unit Harding Heights Apartments is the latest project from Wallick, a developer and owner of affordable, workforce, and senior living properties. The design team includes Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc.
