TRIBAL SERVICES

CEC staff has led all aspects of Tribal consultation at all levels, including nation-to-nation. CEC cultural resources team members have also responsibly integrated Tribal engagement into our environmental justice and community investment initiatives, such as leadership pipelines, job placement, scholarships, etc. We understand that it is vital to promote meaningful and informative dialogue between Applicants and Tribes/Tribal Nations to build trust and reduce potential conflicts. Early, often, and meaningful discourse is critical to managing potential conflicts and maintaining collaborative relationships by embodying the core principles of communication, coordination, and collaboration.
