Point Cloud Data
With a data collection rate of up to 2 million points per second, CEC’s terrestrial workflow can deliver georeferenced point clouds with millimeter accuracy. Through the use of LiDAR and 360° imagery, we capture all visible features in rich 3D detail to provide professionals with valuable existing conditions. As-built locations of structural steel, equipment, and piping provide design professionals invaluable information to aid in the design process. 3D Solids and Intelligent Modeling
Using a variety of software packages, including Leica Cyclone, Autodesk Plant 3D, FARO As-Built for AutoCAD®, Navisworks®, EdgeWise, Terrasolid, and Revit, CEC can create highly accurate intelligent 3D models to serve as the basis for design tasks. Structural deformation and deflection can also be determined using our advanced analysis software.
