CEC provides product testing and performance evaluation of water resource best management practices (BMPs), flood mitigation practices, and surface water treatment technologies using bench- and full-scale testing protocols.
Since 2006, CEC has been a pioneer in providing research and development (R&D) consulting services and both lab-scale and field-scale performance testing to the stormwater treatment manufacturing industry. Our professional staff have worked with a variety of manufacturers of proprietary products developed for the treatment of both construction-related stormwater and post-construction (permanent) stormwater. CEC’s R&D team of professionals has performed product assessments, made recommendations for product enhancements, and provided both long- and short-term performance-testing services.
