Brad brings more than 18 years of experience to CEC Columbus, where he will expand CEC’s Ecosystem Restoration Team in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. His project expertise has focused on solutions related to permitting for Section 401 and 404 of the Clean Water Act, feasibility studies, and wetland and stream mitigation. Brad has many years of practice in surface water delineations, perennial flow determinations, Ohio isolated wetland permits and director’s authorization requests, Nationwide Permit compliance, pre-construction notifications, Section 10 authorizations, and construction oversight. Brad has successfully completed projects for the utility industry, military bases, municipalities, non-profits, and private developers. He has detailed experience acquiring permits with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, and the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy.
Brad is a certified arborist and registered in 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER. He is a registered Professional Wetland Scientist and Professional Wetland Delineator, and is a member of the Society of Wetland Scientists and the International Society of Arboriculture.
