Eduardo brings more than 20 years of experience to CEC’s Pittsburgh headquarters office, where he will oversee a team of Project Managers and other professionals in our Civil Engineering Practice. He will work to expand the capabilities and capacity of the practice to continually improve the level of service offered to our clients. He will contribute his diverse regional expertise and proven record of client service as a member of CEC’s corporate Real Estate market group, where he will help develop real estate opportunities nationally.
His expertise lies in stormwater management, sediment control design, project management, and site design, mostly for private development projects. Eduardo’s clients have included Petroleum Marketing Group, Advance Autoparts, Conifer LLC, Primrose Schools, Magruder Group, McDonald’s, and Hunt Realty. He is a registered Professional Engineer in 12 states.
