Dave Foreman, P.E., CPESC, recently started working out of the Pittsburgh office and is leading our subgroup for property condition assessments. He has more than 40 years of broad-based civil and structural design and project management experience. His structural engineering experience is with large buildings, modifications of and additions to buildings, and accommodations for additional loading. He’s also experienced in many aspects of land development, including erosion and sedimentation control, stormwater management design, and the land development plan approval process and permitting required by government agencies. He’s a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Maryland, and North Carolina.
