Bob is an electrical engineer with 28 years of experience leading technical teams in the manufacturing and heavy industrial market. His background includes electrical and automation in steelmaking facilities, as well as project and operations management. Bob has extensive expertise in client needs analysis and repeated success guiding domestic and international projects.
Regis “Rege” Susalla, Engineering Lead

Rege brings 38 years of experience in structural design for the power, heavy industrial, and manufacturing industries where he has been responsible for engineering team performance, quality, and overall project staffing. His background includes both structural steel and concrete design with an emphasis on complex foundation and structural design.

Rich is a mechanical engineer with more than 40 years of experience in heavy industry, with the majority of his experience in metals manufacturing. He has spent most of his career managing capital projects while employed by manufacturing companies, and his background also includes management roles in maintenance and environmental capacities.

Steve is a mechanical piping engineer with more than 15 years of experience with a wide variety of detailed engineering and engineering management projects in all phases of development. Steve has experience with industrial water treatment for the mining, metals, and power industries, including work for refineries, carbon black producers, natural gas compressor stations, and power generation plants.

Heath brings domestic and international experience to the table with emphasis on meeting client needs and establishing lifelong relationships. Paul has more than 26 years of experience as a project manager and construction manager, overseeing design, procurement, and construction of a variety of industrial projects. Paul also has extensive experience with projects involving the installation of equipment or processes designed to increase plant efficiency and production. His expertise also includes plant operations and maintenance.
