Tom Maher of CEC Pittsburgh was a member of the team who authored the Interstate Technology Regulatory Council’s Incremental Sampling Methodology Update. This document serves as an update to the ISM guidance released in 2012 to reflect advancements in technology and recent case studies that provide insight into the potential applications, benefits, and challenges of the approach.
