Since opening in April 2019 with the hiring of native Houstonian Harold Barber, our Houston office has enjoyed constant growth, primarily serving clients in the solid waste and oil & gas markets. CEC Houston’s professionals have extensive experience in permitting and compliance work, including with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Texas Railroad Commission.
In addition to our primary practice areas, we also offer geotechnical engineering services and landfill gas operations and maintenance services out of our Houston office.
