Stormwater Management in Pennsylvania Will See Significant Changes

February 2, 2023

Regulation changes are coming for stormwater management,
like this rain garden, in Pennsylvania.

Changes are coming to stormwater management in Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania’s draft Post-Construction Stormwater Management Manual was released Jan. 26 and proposes major changes to stormwater management requirements in the state.

CEC is actively reviewing the manual and will be partnering with our clients, industry groups, and professional organizations to prepare comments and key takeaways. We want our clients to be aware of the significant changes that the draft manual would have on the development and permitting in Pennsylvania.

The 755-page document is available here for public review and comment through April 28, 2023.
