CEC Martinsburg Moves into New Office

May 15, 2023

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. launches operations May 15 in its new permanent, full-service office location. The new address is:

786 Foxcroft Avenue
Martinsburg, WV 25403

Our move to this new location has been necessitated by our rapid growth, expansion plans, our desire to better serve our clients and our employees.

The CEC Martinsburg location was initiated by an opportunity to serve the City of Martinsburg and expand CEC’s presence in West Virginia. The Martinsburg office offers a full suite of engineering and environmental services to the region, including all aspects of civil/site engineering, construction inspection, geotechnical engineering, surveying/geospatial, transportation, waste management, and water resources. The establishment of the office is a show of CEC’s dedication and desire to provide client-focused, high-quality innovative services to its clients in the Eastern Panhandle and surrounding areas. Since opening in 2022 with two employees, CEC Martinsburg has been one of the fastest growing locations within CEC’s nationwide footprint.

This is just the beginning of what is ahead for CEC in the Martinsburg and eastern panhandle areas of West Virginia and surrounding states. We are excited about this change which will enable us to better serve our clients, communities, and employees. We look forward to hearing from you.
