Opened in 2022, CEC Martinsburg was born out of an opportunity to serve the City of Martinsburg and expands CEC’s presence in West Virginia. The establishment of the office is a show of our dedication and desire to provide client-focused, high-quality, innovative services to our clients in the Eastern Panhandle and surrounding areas. We are excited to present a full suite of engineering and environmental services to the region. Our services include all aspects of civil/site engineering, construction inspection, geotechnical engineering, surveying, and water resources. We are growing and look forward to partnering with you!
