
Ashley Neptune, P.E., Project Manager in the Civil practice in CEC’s Pittsburgh office, has been honored with the 2025 Marcellus Shale Coalition (MSC) Service Award for her exceptional leadership and contributions to the natural gas industry.
Ashley has served as Vice Chair of the MSC’s Surface Use Committee for the past three years, where she has helped shape committee agendas, foster collaboration among members, and engage regulators on key policy issues.
With a master’s degree in water resources and environmental engineering from Villanova University and more than a decade of experience in civil and environmental engineering, Ashley has led due diligence, permitting and design for the natural gas industry across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. She also has extensive experience working in commercial and residential development and for municipalities.
Beyond her technical work, Ashley actively supports industry education and inclusion. She has presented at MSC training sessions and conferences and serves on the Women in Energy Network – Greater Pittsburgh Region Board of Directors, promoting professional development and diversity in the energy sector.
